Mandy's Standard of Cleaning
Estimates vary with each home/office setting and are personalized to meet your needs. We base our evaluation on square footage, number of pets, type of flooring, and other features. Additional services upon request.
We accept checks via U.S. Postal Service or credit card payments through our secured online invoicing system. Checks should be made payable to Mandy’s Cleaning Service. All payments are due upon completion of your scheduled cleaning.
We understand that from time to time, you may need to move your cleaning day due to sickness or an unexpected event. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours to allow time to accommodate your request. We will be happy to work with you to reschedule your cleaning for an available date before your next scheduled cleaning.
Weekly and bi-weekly customers who choose to skip (or cancel) a scheduled cleaning will be subject to a price increase on your next visit. Likewise, those requesting more frequent scheduled visits will result in a price discount.
We do not accept keys for residential accounts and ask that you leave a “hide-a-key” in a designated location or allow MCS to provide a lock-box for your key. Also, if your home security alarm system is active upon arrival of our cleaning crew, it will be necessary to provide an access code.
